Yellowstone's Finest Luxury Waterfront Log Cabin

One of the most important details in planning the perfect vacation is what to eat and where to eat. Let's make sure you have everything you need to eat well on your trip!

It's important to note that the local grocery stores cannot be relied upon for fine wines, top shelf liquors, specialty and organic meats or produce, or special diet items. We encourage our guests to stock up on their favorite things on the way into the lodge. But don't worry, we'll give you that information too!

Recommended Restaurants:

Here is a list of restaurants that we recommend during your visit based on our experiences. Be sure to make reservations and always call ahead. Depending on the time of year and crowds, they can change their hours. Good restaurants can fill up quickly, and with a large group they need notice.

Angler's Lodge

3363 Old Hwy191, Island Park, ID 83429

(208) 558-9555

https://anglerslodge.net/island-park-restaurant

Notes: This is the newest addition to our local options. In 2022, this old restaurant was purchased by a couple who refurbished it and reopened it with a brand new menu. They split duties: one handles the front of house and the other-who hales from a Michelin starred restaurant-runs the kitchen. They aim to offer upscale food overlooking the river. If you end up eating here, please let us know. We are collecting feedback from our guests since we haven't had the opportunity to enjoy it yet. However, locals who have are giving it rave reviews.

The Euro Cafe
237 Firehole Ave, West Yellowstone, MT 59758
(406) 646-1170
Hours:

Notes: Charming little cafe that serves a nice breakfast owned by a Romanian immigrant that brings her home spun cooking skills to your table.

Notes: Serves a majority of the Starbucks coffee, tea, and blended drinks menu. Little bakery, with a few tables. Great place to pick up breakfast, sandwiches, take and bake meals, coffee, and nibbles on your way into the park. Also makes custom cakes when you preorder them. They take online orders for pickup.

406 Hwy 20, West Yellowstone, MT 59758
(406) 646-9467
Hours
Mon-Sun    7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Notes: Owners are French and it shows in their exceptional sandwiches and brioche buns. Can be very busy as they have a tiny kitchen! Great place to pick up picnic lunches when heading into the park. It's best to preorder box lunches for your group by 7pm the evening before to avoid a wait. Their sandwiches are fantastic.

Serenity Bistro

(406) 646-7660
Mon-Sun

Notes: Another restaurant owned by The Euro Cafe. The Romanian owners make good food but it can be inconsistent. Cute small bistro. Arguably one of the nicer restaurants in town. Fantastic soups and salad dressings made from scratch.

Wild West Pizzeria & Saloon
http://wildwestpizza.com/
14 Madison Ave, West Yellowstone, MT 59758
(406) 646-4400

Notes: Great pizza, lasagna is good too. Has a good non-pizza menu as well. Plays live music at night and the bar is large but separate from dining area. Good for family dining and evening partying.

121 Madison Ave, W Yellowstone, MT 59758
(406) 646-7621
Mon- Sun    5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Notes: This is a good place for groups with vegetarians and vegans as they always have one or two special dishes for these diners. Best mixed drinks/girl drinks in town. Tends to have slow service and is a bit spendy for what they offer, but the food is good, drinks are great, and the ambiance is the best in town. Only open for dinner.

Food for thought...and for your belly!
